jan2024 M. Angelo Laforte a fait une inspection chez nous pour une recherche d 'infiltration d'eau. Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous utilisons ses services . Quand nous faisons de gros travaux, nous les faisons verifier. Une fois, une compagnie en fondation avait oublie de changer une poutre (a l'inspection, M. laforte avait une photo de son tournevis qui penetrait la poutre sans difficulte) suite a cette inspection, Le contracteur est venu reparer et nous avons pu ferme le plancher (vide sanitaire d un duplex) . Il fait un travail tres consciencieux. Helene aussi , a deja fait des inspections (sur nos duplex) et dans tous les cas, le travail remis etait clair est exemplaire. C' est encore eux que je rappeler la prochaine fois.

Excellent travail effectué par Patrice Lagacé. Ponctuel, courtois, minutieux. Il a pris la peine de filmer l'inspection ce qui m'a permis de voir la cave difficile à atteindre. I cant be more happy with how the inspection went. Very thorough and accurate. There is no games or exageration. The detailed report is giving accurate information so you know exactky what’s going on with the said property.
Also, he explains everything as the inspection goes.
Price is high end but so is the service. The payment is bery easy woth e-transfer.
I received the report 3 hours later. You simply cant get any better than that.
I will give them a call for all my future inspections.

Mon expérience avec l'inspecteur Patrice Lagacé était super! C'était ma seconde expérience d'inspection (la première étant avec une autre compagnie) et celle-ci était largement plus complète. Nous avions quelques contraintes et l'inspecteur s'est adapté, a répondu à nos questions, sa vulgarisation était très claire.
